Hi, i'm scottland dean

I’m a sports photographer from Baltimore, Maryland. I spent the past four years as a student photography intern with Penn State Football prior to my recent graduation in May 2026. In addition to football, I've worked with Penn State Athletics, photographing a wide range of Olympic sports, each offering their own learning opportunities

As a photographer, I aim to show the little moments in a big way. There is more to sports than just the action. It's the in-between moments that drive the emotion of the game and tell the full story.

When the season winds down, I stay busy by collaborating with athletes, covering events, and seizing every opportunity to grow not just as a photographer, but as a person. Outside of sports, I enjoy dancing, drawing, and hanging out with my niece and nephews.

There's no job too small to help you grow. Every time you get to step on the field and call it work, is truly a blessing. I hope to further my skills through future collaboration. Let's work!
